Please be aware that the prices displayed on our website exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.

Whilst we make best effort to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur. If we discover any error, whether in price, sizes, etc, which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or sizes or option to cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.
The actual colours of products you will see depends on your monitor & materials may sometimes differ upon receiving, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. We will not refund/call back any products that is related to colour change/material unsatisfactory.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Measurements may vary.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 – 3 working days upon verification of the payment. Delivery is carried out during Monday to Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and local public holidays of our office.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following: -

Our inability to obtain authorization of payment
The identification of an error within the product information, including price and promotion
Incomplete details given, such as delivery address

E-gift cards and promotional vouchers must be entered at the checkout page to enjoy the discounts.
We assume no liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of gift or promotional vouchers.
In rare cases, we may at its sole discretion discontinue or cancel any voucher previously issued and will not be responsible for any losses arising therefrom.
You may redeem only ONE voucher per order. We reserve the right to cancel any subsequent orders made by you using a voucher of the same promotional campaign.
If you place an order for a product less than the value of the promotional voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
If the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to place, you may make up the difference using one of our accepted payment methods.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content. We will make our best effort to always process all orders but there may be exceptional circumstances where, we may need to refuse to process an order after we have sent you an order confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion.
